LETumEAT Takes Over Andy Lytle’s for Dinner

The LETumEAT crew hosted a dinner for twenty guests at one of Andy Lytle of Jackson Family Wines beautiful properties in the Eola Amity Hills, near Salem, OR. We did it all: flowers and decorations, cocktails, table settings and service, and of course an incredible menu. This is exactly what we love to do: get creative with food and design, support Seeders and Feeders in the Collective, teach people about the ingredients we’re using, feed them well and provide them an incredible experience.

Douglas Fir Panna Cotta
winter wheat berries, huckleberries
